Confusion

Matthew Bottomley
1 min readSep 29, 2020

Confused
Wanting
You?
My mind
Reeling
Tossing,
turning
Lost
It cannot
Be?

Confused
Wanting
Yearning
What?
How can I know?
When I cannot

Is this love?
Being torn apart
Bit by bit;
Angels
tormenting my soul

The star explodes.

Author’s Note

What to say. I’m sure we’ve all been there? I hope so. For your sake, not my own — well, perhaps as well as my own.
